Rose is originally from Uruguay and obtained her Honours degree in Psychology in Argentina. She has previously worked in the HR field in the UEA and the UK, where she gained vast corporate exposure. She settled in South Africa in 2013 and since then she has been working with SME’s with the aim to bring the latest HR trends to a market that cannot afford the full HR solution on a full time basis.
Nooraan is an Honours graduate from the University of Cape Town. She is motivated to frequently update her HR knowledge and skills to provide the highest quality service to her clients- which prompted her to sign up for a UCT Getsmarter HR comprehensive course, which was completed mid 2018. Nooraan has direct experience with SMEs in various industries in South Africa, which allows her to extensively understand the landscape, as well as recognise SME needs easily.
