Data collection and storage
In order to provide good services to our clients we collect information from our users. We store basic information like demographics to more complex things like patterns related to employee behaviour derived from user input.
We collect personal information (such as your name, email address, or other data) and information relating to your career, performance and the overall employee journey while working at your employer.
We may also collect content you upload, including photos, videos, documents and spreadsheets you share with our chat bot on Facebook messenger.
The main reason we collect data is to provide our clients with reports that keep track of your performance and efficiency.
We may also analyse the data we collect to maintain and improve our services, develop new services, understand how our services are used, track outages and/or troubleshooting issues that you report to us.
The information we collect, like your email address, may use to interact with you directly. We may send you notifications related to the launch of new processes, prompt you to take action on outstanding tasks, etc.
As a service provider to your company, we retain data for legal purposes: some data we retain for long periods of time for security measures, fraud and abuse prevention, and/or financial record-keeping.
Transferring of data
We maintain servers overseas, and even though data protection laws vary among countries, we apply the same protections described in this policy everywhere.
We may change this data policy from time to time. We will notify you if there are any material changes that require your further consent.
